The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Personal Banker role in the Shereville, IN area. The successful candidate will be performing all customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers.

The opportunity has a generous hourly rate of up to $23 / hr plus generous incentives and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position).

Personal Banker responsibilities include :

• Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems efficiently and effectively at all times.
• The position encompasses a working knowledge of processing all Individual Retirement Accounts.
• Answers customers questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance.
• Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required.
• Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise during the course of business.
• Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.
• All other duties as it relates to this position and assigned.
