Methodist Hospital Stone Oak Rehabilitation Center (MHSORC) is a 42 bed, inpatient rehabilitation facility. We are part of Methodist Hospital Stone Oak located in an off-site facility within 2 miles of the hospital. We specialize in providing intensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from serious injuries, surgeries or other medical conditions such as strokes, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, multiple trauma and complex orthopedic conditions. We offer the highest quality of inpatient rehabilitation services with a patient-centered approach. The nursing team works closely with therapists, physicians, and case managers to promote patient independence. At MHSORC, you’ll discover a place where you can grow both personally and professionally. We are committed to providing our team with opportunities for continuous learning, mentorship and career advancement. Rehabilitation nursing is a unique area of nursing which can lead to a specialty certification (CRRN) demonstrating a commitment to a team approach and holistic patient care. We support the team achieving this certification by offering prep studies and funding for the examination.
