A company is looking for an Admin Support Tier I Associate to assist brokers and administrators in delivering a seamless healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance to brokers and admins via phone and email
Assist with onboarding and administrative needs for new and renewing plans
Address and resolve complaints, ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a support-related role
Experience in health insurance or a related field preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
