Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and other roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to build role scorecards and deliver qualified candidates
Guide sourcing efforts across various platforms and maintain pipeline health using ATS
Required Qualifications
7+ years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience in cybersecurity SaaS
Deep fluency in modern sourcing techniques and platforms
Hands-on experience with ATS, preferably Lever, with a focus on data hygiene
Ability to work independently without recruiting sourcing support
Experience in building pipelines for Software Engineers and Product Managers
