Senior Project Manager [79700] (Carlsbad)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nations leading brands. Were looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for a Advertising Agency .

This is a contract position, hybrid 2 days a week in Carlsbad, California.

Candidate must have Magnolia CMS experience please!

Responsibilities :

Project management (planning, tracking against time and deliverables,

issues / risk management) for a portfolio of projects, mainly web based.

Reliable communications with internal and client team members, external

vendors, or other stakeholders.

Providing guidance and direction to the team, including expectations for timeline

and deliverables.

Identifying obstacles and problems, and leading the development of solutions.

Leading and facilitating client meetings, relationships, and status reporting.

Account management for a portfolio of accounts; provide sales support for new

business pitches, RFP, SOW and estimate development, and sales meetings.

Manage and forecast project time, staffing, status and expense reporting for

project teams.

Requirements :

6+ years in an advanced management role for consulting firm or agency, managing client or account relationships

Experience successfully delivering large and complex digital projects, in a client-

facing or consultant role

Exceptional time management, facilitation, risk assessment and

control, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and client service skills

Outstanding working knowledge of delivery methodologies (such as Scrum / Agile, traditional waterfall, etc.), change management principles, process improvement strategies, and performance evaluation processes

• Bachelors degree required
