Adelphi is seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide services at a facility in Lebanon, Pennsylvania (PA). The ideal candidate will provide Clinical and Endoscopy care to patients.

Requirements :

  • Full and unrestricted License in any State, or US Territory
  • BC / BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine
  • NPI
  • BLS / ACLS
  • DEA Certificate

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide Gastroenterology care, including clinical services, procedures, consultations, and related procedures.
  • Ensure punctuality for scheduled clinics and procedures, adhering to established medication policies and procedures.
  • Deliver discharge education and follow-up instructions coordinated with the next care setting for Gastroenterology patients.
  • Attend staff meetings as required by the VAMC Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee, and communicate any conflicts with compliance.
  • Complete appropriate QM / PI documentation for procedures, complications, and outcomes, following patient safety and infection control standards.
  • Make efforts to prevent medication errors, falls, and patient injuries in care delivery.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
