Regional Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Payroll Manager for the East Coast subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

Mentor the regional payroll team, providing guidance and support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software

Good knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Federal and State Labor Laws)

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
