Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties :

• Cleans and disinfects cabins, restrooms, pavilions, offices and other buildings on a daily basis.
• Picks up, collects and disposes of trash, garbage, litter and debris.
• Mows and trims grass, prunes shrubs, weeds flower beds and rakes leaves and pine straw.
• Changes linens, washes dishes, operates washers and dryers, folds, and bags linens and towels, picks up supplies and notifies office personal of needed maintenance.
• Paints buildings, trash barrels and picnic tables, performs manual labor.
• Maybe required to perform other duties as necessary.

Position-Specific Details : Appointment Type : Probational Career Progression : This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group. Compensation : The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
