Senior Engineer
Location : Middlesex County, MA
Compensation :
- Senior Engineer : $120,000 - $130,000 base + 15-30% bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team supporting a major energy facility in Middlesex County, MA. We are hiring a Senior Engineer (minimum 5 years' experience). You will provide technical expertise in support of facility operations, focusing on safety, reliability, and performance of critical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-depth technical expertise for plant systems, rotating equipment, and process engineering activities.Develop, implement, and oversee engineering projects ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment / system issues (piping, pumps, compressors, generators, natural gas processing, cryogenics, etc.).Recommend new concepts, equipment, or techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, or address design / material flaws.Lead or support engineering analyses, studies, and design modifications.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of technical deliverables.Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil / Structural strongly preferred).Senior Engineer : Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience.Strong background with rotating equipment and / or process engineering.Knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.Preferred Qualifications
Process Engineering experience in the natural gas or energy industry.Recognized expertise in rotating equipment systems.Experience mentoring other engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives.Strong record of performance in engineering roles with increasing responsibility.
