A company is looking for a Real Estate Tax Lease Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the collection and accuracy of real estate property taxes and exemptions

Prepare financial analyses and maintain the property and lease management database

Ensure timely filing of tax exemptions and payments, and support tax appeals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance required

3 years of experience in Corporate / Commercial Real Estate Services

2 years of experience with property tax exemption filings

Working knowledge of real estate terms and processes

Experience in Database Management
