We are seeking a Senior Laboratory Project Services Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories in a remote role (U.S.). As a Senior Laboratory Project Services Manager, you will lead the design and launch of complex clinical research studies, manage sponsor and CRO lab activities, and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead the setup and execution of complex, global clinical trial projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Review study protocols and budgets, and develop comprehensive project and risk management plans.
• Guide the development of laboratory specifications, manuals, and study-specific documentation.
• Monitor project performance, manage scope changes, and proactively resolve service-related issues.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic input and fostering strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support the Project Services team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and technical reviews.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,200.00 - $200,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
