A company is looking for a Residential Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and investigate litigated personal lines homeowner claims

Document case files thoroughly, including statements and appraisals

Negotiate and settle claims with insureds, claimants, or their attorneys

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience handling litigation files

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of Hurricane, Wind / Water / Theft / Fire claims

Full Florida Litigation experience and knowledge of Florida statutes

Proficient computer skills
