Accounting Assistant

PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an Accounting Assistant for a six-month contract-to-hire position in Bloomington, MN . The selected candidate will support the Costpoint Invoice Indexing team within the Financial Shared Services organization, performing accounts payable functions in accordance with GAAP, company policies, and government regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of work experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
• Intermediate skills in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate professionally
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
