A well-established hospitality group operating multiple upscale resorts in the Caribbean is seeking a highly experienced Group Security Manager to oversee all aspects of security across two premium properties. This is a unique opportunity for a senior security professional with multi-property experience and a strong background in high-end resort operations. The role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a remote island setting.

Group Security Manager – Turks & Caicos – Caribbean Resorts

Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr

Salary : $60,000–$65,000 USD + service charge, housing, flights, and work permit

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all security operations across two resort properties
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans
• Train and supervise on-site security teams
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks
• Ensure guest and employee safety while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies when required
