What You'll Do :

As Site / General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the wash :

Lead & Inspire : Recruit, train, and develop a reliable, trustworthy team that delivers 5-star service.

Make Safety #1 : Enforce safety standards and ensure a secure environment for both staff and customers.

Deliver Great Service : Resolve customer concerns quickly and create positive, lasting impressions.

Run the Show : Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and site performance with precision.

Keep It Running : Monitor equipment, maintain supplies, and ensure a spotless facility.

Drive Success : Manage budgets, control costs, and lead local marketing initiatives to grow your site.

What We're Looking For :

2+ years leadership or management experience (car wash, retail, or service industry preferred).

A natural leader who can build trust and inspire a team.

Strong focus on safety, accountability, and customer care.

Problem-solver with mechanical aptitude (car wash experience a plus).

Organized, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent (college / business training a plus).

2+ years management experience (car wash, retail, service, or related industry).

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build trustworthy, reliable teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to inspire confidence in staff and customers.

Commitment to creating and enforcing a safe, compliant work environment.

Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, and basic computer systems.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in all weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or business training a plus.
