Overview

Production / Engraving / Assembly team members are responsible for producing customized plaques, trophies, crystal, acrylics, etc with an array of materials using a variety of techniques.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Engrave custom pieces according to customer specifications and established guidelines.
• Set machine parameters and load files based on defined settings.
• Proofread all customized text to verify correct spelling and punctuation.
• Assemble customized components and perform final quality control before shipping.
• Assist with general equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Inform manager of any problems and actively participate in process improvements.
