About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Recruiting Sourcer to help grow Datadogs AI Engineering AI Research and Applied Science this role youll play a critical part in defining how we attract and engage world-class AI talentfrom researchers working on LLMs and multimodal systems to engineers building the infrastructure that makes them scalable.

Youll partner closely with recruiters hiring managers and senior technical leaders to build diverse pipelines craft compelling outreach strategies and guide the sourcing process from discovery to engagement. Your work will directly influence how Datadog scales its AI capabilities globally.

What Youll Do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across AI research applied science large language model (LLM) engineering and machine learning infrastructure.
• Partner with AI leadership and recruiters to understand role scope required expertise and team priorities.
• Conduct market mapping and research to uncover emerging talent track organizational shifts and identify new communities of excellence.
• Partner on employer branding initiatives representing Datadogs AI teams at events conferences and within professional networks.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in AI research recruiting best practices and sourcing innovations.
• Use data to measure impact refine approaches and continuously improve candidate engagement strategies.
