What You'll Be Doing

• Ensures the protection of persons and property from harm as a result of acts of violations of laws, policy, procedures or regulatory requirements. Provides safety and security 24 hours a day.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  Reports all doors that are left open after hours or unattended officesDirects visitors, patients, vendors to correct locations; distributes passesPerforms unit/building clock tours dailyConducts security rounds for safety violationsReports all hazardous conditions to the proper departmentsMonitors cameras / alarms at command postsInvestigates all (police type) incident reports

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SORA license preferred.
• Valid NJ driver’s license required.
• Relevant work experience as Security required. Hospital setting experience preferred
