Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and / or site contacts. Assist with visitor and employee identification procedures, and provide directions or assistance as needed within the tech-related location. Complete required documentation for all incidents, patrols, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines. Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Tech / Media Security Clearance in Boulder, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence will serve as a reassuring point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. By fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, you will contribute to the innovative and people-focused culture that sets Allied Universal apart.
