As an Associate Technology Support Analyst, you will support all technologies in a distributed environment. You will identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues, take ownership of all IT building-related incidents and follow standard ITSM policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Monitor system activity to ensure the availability and performance of all Kohl's IT business services and will provide systems maintenance, support and enhancements
- Install and upgrade software and hardware
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance
- Develop and run related automation scripts and reporting tools
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes in collaboration with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Balanced Teams (BT) or Corp Project teams
- Understand the integration of system components, learn new concepts and quickly train others
- Develop knowledge of the system process and apply solutions and recommendations to hardware and software
- Contribute to the development of new principles, concepts, policies, procedures and standards
- Ensure the development of comprehensive support tools during the application development process
- Create automation of system monitoring, recovery and optimization processes
- Provide all levels of technical support on all systems and processes, support incident response and determine whether issues are user, procedural, environmental, local, global or systemic
- Understand golden signals and observability and participate in IRs and blameless retros
- Work to eliminate toil by automating repetitive issues and self-serviceability and reduce risks by simplifying the ecosystem

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
