What You'll Do

• Architect and manage project controls using Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that bring clarity to complexity.
• Lead Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM) and translate strategy into execution.
• Own the schedule : develop, maintain, and analyze multi-level timelines with logic ties.
• Forecast costs, cash flows, and resource needs with confidence.
• Run schedule simulations and provide actionable insights to project teams.
• Ensure earned value systems are accurate and audit-ready.
• Collaborate across Project Management and Accounting to validate costs and support compliance.
• Review and approve purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Conduct field audits and quality checks to ensure project controls deliverables meet the mark.
• Support forensic analysis and material takeoffs to keep projects grounded in reality.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Chicago, IL.
