Human Resources Business Partner (Benefits)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and support core benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, COBRA, and 401(k) plans.
• Assist Schusterman team members with questions about benefits, and coordinate reimbursement and invoice processing.
• Assist with company event planning.
• Collaborate with members of the Talent and Human Resources team, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders to support a high-quality benefits operation that fosters an inclusive and positive work environment.
