Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is seeking a Mission Critical Data Center Facility Manager in the Greater Anaheim, CA area.

About the Role : As a Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides preventive maintenance and repair services for a client or facility, ensuring smooth operation of critical infrastructure systems.

This position falls within the Critical and Technical Services function, which supports high-availability environments through technical maintenance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to team members, including performance evaluations, coaching, training, and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, manage work schedules, and support cross-training to build team flexibility and efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships while ensuring service agreements (MSAs) and operational expectations are consistently met.
• Ensure timely completion of configuration management tasks, work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the escalation point for unexpected issues, keeping the client and senior leadership informed when necessary.
• Verify that infrastructure equipment installations are completed within defined timelines and standards.
• Manage IT equipment-related tasks, including power installations, relocations, and decommissions.
• Monitor daily housekeeping within data halls and address any findings or follow-up actions.
• Confirm all deployments comply with internal standards, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records promptly following any system or process changes.
• Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments to senior management.
• Lead by example and promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and professionalism within the team.
• Collaborate across departments and functions to achieve shared goals and ensure cohesive operations.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex operational issues, whether documented or emerging.
