Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is partnering with a large company that is searching for a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist for their team. You will be processing invoices, updating vendor accounts, and supporting the team with whatever they need. The manager is looking for someone who has a bachelor's degree and at least an internship or six months of professional work experience. You need to be able to navigate between different software systems quickly since you will utilize a variety of applications in the role. The interview process will be quick as the team needs assistance immediately. This position is fully onsite at the office that is located in the east Bellevue, WA area.

Main Duties :

• Coding and processing invoices
• Researching vendor contracts and resolving inquiries
• Making corrections when needed
• Routing invoices to the payment teams
• Reconciling vendor accounts
• Additional tasks as needed

Pay Details : $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
