We are looking for a Resort Sales Manager in the Florida Keys.  This is an amazing opportunity with a beautiful Resort complex. The Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining current accounts and prospecting and closing on new accounts, to positively impact hotel revenues. If you enjoy Island life-this could be the perfect fit!

Resort Hotel Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Experience in Hotel sales.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be skilled in Windows / Microsoft.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

    • Resort Hotel Sales Manager Preferred Background and Skills :

  • Some college preferred.
  • Experience working at a Resort / Hotel in a Sales capacity.
  • Good understanding of hotel sales systems and processes.
  • Experience working with a quality hotel brand.
