Role- CLM Analyst

Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, your core responsibilities will revolve around the following :
Platform Expertise : You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement advanced configurations within various CLM platforms, specifically Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, and DocuSign.
Problem Solving : You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving intricate problems, including data integrity issues, by applying deep knowledge of CLM data structures and processes.
User Support & Guidance : Provide advanced support and guidance to internal stakeholders, going beyond basic user needs.
Knowledge Management : Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM platform issues and best practices.
Platform Updates & Maintenance : Manage various platform updates, including :
Buyer / Support / Manager updates
Agreement Expiry date updates
Notification updates (create, amend help text, remove users from teams)
Workflow updates (create / update workflow approvals, create / update rules)
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and communicate project updates effectively.
Process Optimization : Identify and optimize contract management processes to enhance execution, efficiency, and compliance.
Best Practices : Implement CLM best practices to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience : 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Essential Skills :
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, and DocuSign.
Expertise in implementing advanced configurations in CLM platforms.
Strong understanding of change management processes.
Proficiency in identifying and resolving data integrity issues and complex data-related problems within CLM platforms.
Ability to provide advanced user guidance and support.
Experience in developing and maintaining knowledge bases.
Practical experience with all listed platform updates and maintenance tasks (e.g., Buyer / Support / Manager updates, Notification updates, Workflow updates).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams.
Demonstrated ability to optimize contract management processes and implement CLM best practices.
