Supervisor of Food Services (Midshift)

Job Description

This position reports to the Food Service Manager. This position is responsible for organizing the daily operations of the dining services, Orients and trains new personnel in all aspects of food service and sanitation. Supervises the work of all food service workers to ensure adherence to established standards. This position is responsible for assisting in performance evaluations, time sheets and employee discipline.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED

License / Certification : Food Handlers Permit is required

Experience : At least 1 year of food service supervisory experience is required
