Oncology Nurse Navigator RN

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with Members and caregivers to review treatment goals and address concerns throughout the cancer journey

Guide and advocate for Members and caregivers, identifying barriers to care and coordinating resources

Provide evidence-based nursing care and education, documenting care paths and monitoring outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience and 3 years of oncology navigation or coordinator experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required

Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other ONCC certification required or scheduled to test within 90 days

Current RN Compact License required on date of hire

Overall computer literacy with proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office
