Transportation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
• Partner with teams to identify and drive process improvements that enhance service, technology, and carrier performance engagement.
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform key business decisions across customer-facing programs.
• Extract data from various databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
