Salary Range : $103,651.00 - $157,829.00

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is dedicated to enhancing the fiscal and financial stability, accountability, and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia. We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Specialist / Information Technology Specialist (APPS-CLOUD) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer's office and various stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement both new and existing application software with a focus on Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Analyzing system requirements and translating them into effective applications.
• Installing, configuring, testing, and implementing enhancements to Oracle ERP or EPM Cloud systems.
• Troubleshooting system issues and working with vendors to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Conducting requirements analysis, application design, and developing corresponding technical documentation.
• Planning and coordinating the installation and ongoing maintenance of business applications.
• Determining the appropriate data formats for system interactions and exchanges.
• Implementing necessary system revisions to maintain performance standards.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications : A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, providing production support for enterprise applications, and demonstrating expertise in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for application software. Familiarity with Oracle ERP / EPM Cloud is highly preferred.
