We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. You will represent clients in high-skilled business immigration matters, lead petition preparation, and collaborate with product and design teams to shape how technology supports modern immigration practice.

What You'll Do
- Lead extraordinary ability and business immigration filings (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-1C, E-2, L-1, EB-5).
- Draft and review petitions, recommendation letters, legal briefs, and responses to RFEs.
- Develop and execute winning legal strategies tailored to client profiles.
Client Counseling
Advise founders, researchers, professionals, and investors on U.S. immigration pathways.Translate complex immigration law into clear, actionable client guidance.Build trust through proactive communication and case updates.Compliance & Research
Stay current on USCIS adjudication trends, AAO decisions, and policy memos.Ensure petitions are compliant, persuasive, and evidence-backed.LegalTech & Product Collaboration
Work directly with LegalBridge's AI-driven drafting and evidence tools.Provide feedback that improves platform workflows for attorneys and clients.Help pioneer new ways attorneys practice law in partnership with technology.Ideal Candidate
Licensed U.S. Attorney (bar admission in any state).3+ years of business immigration practice, with strong experience in O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW (other categories a plus).Proven record of successful petition preparation and approvals.Exceptional drafting ability—clear, persuasive, and legally precise.Strong attention to detail, organization, and client empathy.Tech-curious and excited to integrate legaltech into practice.Core Competencies
