Nitty Gritty
You’ll be mapping and building requirements for the implementation of the organization’s public-facing digital properties, ensuring that stakeholders and technologists are communicating, sharing resources and managing processes in the most efficient ways possible. And that won’t just mean maintaining existing systems, but rather engaging head-on in the complex and challenging task of creating new processes and products from scratch. That, of course, entails face-to-face interactions with the various stakeholders to understand their roles and the tools they’ve never thought of that will help them be better at their jobs.

You’ve been enjoying greater and greater responsibility in business-analyst roles for years now — if in the medical field, great, but that’s no deal-breaker –and are ready to step into an even larger pair of shoes. You are eminently comfortable with a host of relevant software applications and methodologies, You are a pro when it comes to creating and maintaining workflows processes, validating rules, and all other technical and administrative functions of the enterprise suite.
But on top of that, you’re a true systems thinker, with an honest-to-God knack for the giant infernal jigsaw puzzle that a huge medical center’s systems comprise. Furthermore, you’re not cut out to hunker down in a cubicle and think thoughts; you’re a communicator who enjoys roaming the hallways, talking to people about their jobs and incorporating what they tell you into that vast complicated map you carry around in your brain.
