Descripción del trabajoDeep technical accounting expertise with strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements Solid experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting in SaaS / software environments Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software, with experience in implementing or upgrading financial systems Proven track record of scaling a business through significant growth phases and building finance teams 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in senior roles such as VP Finance or CFO
A company is looking for a VP, Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operational excellence during a period of rapid transformation and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a best-practice finance organization, establishing scalable practices and producing timely reports for stakeholders
- Drive operational transformation to support growth from $30M to $50M+ ARR, ensuring accurate P&L forecasts and standardized accounting practices
- Leverage data and analytics to achieve business performance targets and provide insights aligned with company strategy
