Location : Chanute, Kansas

Dates :  July 6 - ongoing

PRN Dates Available : Dec 15, Jan 5-9, 19-23, Jan 30-Feb 1, 16-22, March 2-13, 28, 29, April 3-10, 13-17, May 11-17, 25-31, June 8-12, June 15-July 3. Future dates TBD

Schedule :  7am-3pm

Call : 3pm-7am weekday, 7am-7am weekend ( 7 call days in 3 week rotation)

Cases : Endo, OB / GYN, Peds, Uro, ENT, General, Ortho (upper extremity), Ophthalmology, Robots, Podiatry

Additional Details

Provider must be enrolled in KS Patient Comp fund

All CRNA practice

Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks required
