We're seeking a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to help execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads among executives. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this remote role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and project management. The ideal candidate is a doer, someone who can write compelling copy, design visually engaging assets, and help build foundational GTM tools such as personas, messaging frameworks, and campaign playbooks.

Job Description :

Campaign Development & Management :

• Partner with the Marketing Director to develop target personas, messaging, and competitive insights.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, and paid media) that align with business goals and brand standards.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, assets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution.
