Our Consulting Directors are responsible for leading project delivery and oversight, as well as managing senior client relationships. You will manage teams as an engagement manager, responsible for leading the team to completion, ensuring deliverables are turned in on time, and shaping the overall project scope and design. As a Director, you will :

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Oversee and inspire project teams, including functional and technical consultants, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on ERP best practices and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Gartner leadership to support business development and proposal efforts.
• Create high-quality project work-products / deliverables such as presentations, technical or business documents, and quantitative models.
• Build credibility with client executive-level staff, setting the standard for engagement teams and proactively managing client expectations of engagement scope.
• Mentor and develop junior associates and guide them in project delivery.
• Participate in hiring new associates.
• Meet utilization and sales targets.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 166,000 USD - 201,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
