Qualifications

Requirements : Licensure : Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)Training : APRN (Family, Adult / Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PAExperience : 2+ years’ experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient settingNew grads with a strong background are encouraged to apply!
