Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Customer Order Administrator

Position type : Contract

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Cedar Rapids IA 52411 (Hybrid)

Shift : M-F, 8a-5p CST

As a Customer Order Administrator, you will :

• Creation and oversight of sales orders against established requirements.
• Facilitate & monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, & purchase requests.
• Processing additional administrative tasks relating to sale / credit of material.
• Interact internally with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing per the requirements of the position.
• Communicate with customers both internal and external to transactional resolution.
• Manage general sales support email inbox ensuring proper routing to sales support account owner.
• Manage general sales support email inbox ensuring orders are processed as received and customers' requests are completed.
• Ensure established Global Trade policies and requirements are adhered to for global exports.
• Ensure established DOC / DOS license requirements are adhered to for global exports.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of procedures and processes across all departments.
