Descripción del trabajoPerform diagnostic x-ray exams; position patients and operate equipment. Collimate and restrict radiation exposure appropriately. Perform portable exams (patient rooms, OR, ED). Correctly mark and process images / films. Complete requisitions and required documentation. Maintain x-ray room cleanliness and readiness. Prepare contrast and assist physicians during contrast procedures. Handle basic admin tasks (scheduling, patient instructions, film / record maintenance). Assist patients with movement / positioning; meet lifting / mobility requirements. Follow patient-identification and safety protocols. Float to Surgical Center and Endoscopy as needed. Use C-Arm, O-Arm, and portable machines; work in hybrid rooms. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and ARRT clinical requirements.
