Location : Pennsylvania (PA) Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Reports To : RN Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Haddon Home Care team. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with the patient's individualized care plan. This position ensures patients receive high-quality, compassionate care to support recovery and maintain their highest level of independence.

Position Details :

• Schedule : Primarily Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM, with occasional evening / weekend needs
• Pay : $30 / hr
• Care : No bedside care; only light hands-on duties such as taking vital signs
• Work Style : Primarily remote / in the field, with occasional visits to our office in Jenkintown

As we establish our presence in the five counties (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, & Philadelphia), the role will start off part-time and grow with our client base.
