Are you experienced at driving joint business with partners in the SaaS space? If so, we're actively seeking professionals like you to join our dynamic team. As an Americas Scaler, you'll be instrumental in aligning with our Americas Sales teams and fueling growth for our esteemed accounts by nurturing and extending existing partner relationships and unlocking their maximum potential.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead the identification of which partner(s) within our partner ecosystem are most relevant for our current customers and prospects.
  • Drive engagement between our Sales team and relevant partners to grow our joint business.
  • Work closely with our Partner Account Managers to scale their efforts across our Americas Sales teams for Mid-market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and recommend partners to help drive expansion and retention opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling endeavors.
  • Foster collaboration with the Sales, Client Success, and Renewals teams to stimulate engagement and utilization of our partners' services and solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with partners, driving engagement and fostering satisfaction.
  • Align with Sales teams to proactively recommend partner services and solutions to mitigate competitive threats during renewal processes.

What You'll Bring :

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role.
  • A minimum of 4 years of account management experience is essential for this role with demonstrated expertise in account management, growth, and renewals, ideally within the software or SaaS sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a dedicated focus on enhancing customer retention and fostering growth, and driving joint success with partners.
  • Ability to align with Sales to formulate partnering plans and strategies that align with customer objectives.
  • Ability to exhibit a proactive approach in identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • A collaborative mindset to effectively engage with the Sales, Client Success, and Renewals teams, ensuring mutual success.
  • Exceptional communication skills to establish and nurture robust partner and Sales relationships.
  • Results-driven orientation, with a relentless pursuit of achieving growth targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Openness to embrace our hybrid work schedule, requiring presence in the office one day per month.
  • The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.

  • Base Salary of $96k - $160k USD per year + [monthly / quarterly] commissions [subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan].
  • Total compensation range for this position : $160,500 - $267,500 USD per year. Earnings are dependent on individual sales performance.
