This is much more than a job it is a career with purpose. / ppThe salary range for this role is $18.00 to $19.50 per hour. / ppWarehouse personnel duties include the unloading of trucks for receiving / processing of incoming stock and materials, picking product from stock and loading picked product onto outbound trucks based on store orders, assisting in product movement within the warehouse for the purpose of consolidation and rotation, and maintenance of a clean and safe work area. / ph3Duties and Responsibilities / h3ulliLoading and unloading of Aarons inventory on and off trucks / liliProduct sorting and stocking as directed by management and / or supervisor and in accordance with organizational standards / liliMay work in any dept. within the warehouse at any time during the day / liliNo forklift experience required. May or may not operate equipment, determined by management and operates equipment only with Aarons provided PIT training completion and certification / liliLabeling and serialization of product / liliPicking and staging of product for shipping as directed and in accordance with generated reports / liliOperation of RF scanners as necessary and as directed by management and / or supervisors / liliKnowledge of and maintain compliance with Aarons Safety Rules Training is provided / liliMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop.
