Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program. \nCertifications Requirements : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR certification; Medication Administration certification (if applicable). \nExperience Requirements : At least 2 years of LPN experience, preferably in clinic or outpatient settings. \nOther Requirements : Ability to supervise detainees during drug screenings; strong communication skills; adaptability to clinical environment; comfort working with mental health patients; male nurse supervision capability.\n\n

Job Responsibilities

Conduct drug screen urine sample collections under male nurse supervision, ensuring compliance with facility protocols. \nProvide direct patient care to detainees, including monitoring and assisting with mental health and medical needs. \nDocument patient interactions, medication administration, and procedural details accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. \nCollaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care plans and ensure appropriate follow-up for mental health and medical issues. \nMaintain a safe, secure environment for detainees during all clinical procedures and interactions.\n\n
