Descripción del trabajo$500k-$550k, depending on experience plus shareholder opportunity in Surgery Center Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, starting first month after starting employment Excellent Time Off including Provider Advanced Time Off (PATO) and holidays so employees can take a break or care for themselves and their family Salary advance Relocation assistance Short / Long Term Disability, HSA, and Life Insurance Continuing Medical Education and bonus opportunities 401K plan with company matching contribution Company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP), life insurance, & Disability Call Schedule 1 : 5 with shared community call, supported by hospitalist team 14-20 patients per day in clinic, 13-15 scopes in surgery center per day 4 day workweek with the day off being determined by patient access needs Shareholder opportunity available at surgery center One Hospital to round in MD / DO Board Eligible / Board Certified OR License or pending Bend is the largest city in Central Oregon and serves as the county seat of Deschutes County.
