Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a GenAI Solutions Engineer to support global rater and crowd programs by designing and optimizing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with operations and project teams to translate business needs into technical workflows and system configurations

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across platforms and tools used by the workforce

Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for solution deployment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

2-5 years of experience in solution engineering, technical operations, or similar roles

1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques

Experience with AI start-ups or hyperscalers is a plus
