Job description : About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tax CPA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex tax projects, provide strategic consulting, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the success of a growing public accounting team.
What Youll Do
- Tax Preparation & Review : Handle federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Strategic Consulting : Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes
- Research & Compliance : Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations; conduct tax research as needed
- Audit Support : Assist with IRS and state tax audits when necessary
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training
- Project Management : Oversee multiple engagements and deliver results within deadlines
