Florida Licensed Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager / Director for Defense FAR / DFAR.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure DoD compliance and government requirements are met for mission-critical programs

Build and establish policies and procedures infrastructure as the company grows

Identify and mitigate contract risks, managing the full life cycle of contracts through delivery

Required Qualifications

Contracts experience in a defense product manufacturing environment

Ability to negotiate, create, review, and execute Government DoD contracts while interfacing with government officials

In-depth experience with FAR / DFARS, EAR, FMS, ITAR, and understanding of different contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)

US citizenship required with the ability to obtain DoD security clearance
