Green Key Resources is currently partnered with two top-tier general contractors, all actively seeking Superintendents to lead healthcare, ground-up commercial, and interior build-outs construction projects across the Houston area.

These are long-term, high-visibility roles with respected companies offering a strong project pipeline and competitive compensation.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare, interiors, or ground-up).
  • Proven ability to run job sites safely, efficiently, and with strong subcontractor relationships.
  • Experience with fast-paced schedules and active environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
  • OSHA 30 preferred.
