Job Description

The purpose of this job is to provide support for distribution operations as well as initiating continuous improvement within the merchandising department.

• Support the Distribution team with project reports and initiatives
• Support the Merchandising & Deli teams with product rollouts and initiatives
• Provide ticket, telephone and email support to troubleshoot store level questions and issues related to the distributor
• Work with distributor to execute product flow in support of merchandising and deli initiatives; implement solutions and action plans to achieve optimum results
• Utilize data and reporting systems to research, identify and create action plans for supply chain solutions
• Model behaviors that support our purpose driven strategy, showing people they matter at every turn
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
