Responsibilities

• Platform Management : Oversee daily management of ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Development and Configuration : Develop and configure ServiceNow applications like Incident, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Catalog. Customize workflows to automate processes.
• Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with other systems such as HR, ERP, and ITSM tools via API.
• User Support and Training : Support end-users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure proficiency.
• System Upgrades : Plan and execute upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Reporting and Analytics : Generate reports to analyze platform performance and identify improvements.
• Security and Compliance : Ensure compliance with policies and standards, implement security roles and access controls.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and records.
